Terms of Use

1.1.These Terms govern access to and use of the allrouting.cc service. The service is owned and operated by INCY, LLC (Delaware LLC), State of Delaware, USA. The service software was developed by the company; the exclusive rights to it belong to the company.

1.2.By starting to use the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the service.

1.3.The Terms may change. The current version is published on this page with its date; by continuing to use the service after it takes effect, you accept the changes.

2.1.The service is a catalog of routing profiles for the INCY and Happ apps. Authors publish profiles; users find and install them.

2.3.The service does not guarantee that a particular profile will work for a particular user: the result depends on the app, the network and external sources of geo data, which are outside the service's control.

3.1.Sign-in is performed through Telegram. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure and for actions taken under your account on the service.

3.2.A public handle cannot be changed after the first publication: the attribution of already published routings refers to it.

3.3.One person corresponds to one account. Creating additional accounts to circumvent limits or to inflate installs or ratings is prohibited.

4.1.Publishing is free and not limited in number. Payment does not affect the decision to admit a profile to the catalog.

4.2.Every version of a profile is reviewed before it appears in the catalog. A specific version is approved, not the routing as a whole: a new version is reviewed anew.

4.3.By publishing a profile you confirm that you are entitled to do so, and you grant the service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute it to users as part of the operation of the catalog. The rights to the profile itself remain yours.

4.4.You are responsible for the content of the profile and for the correspondence of its description to the actual routing rules. The content requirements are set out in the Publication Rules and form part of these Terms.

4.5.The service has the right to reject, unpublish or block a profile that violates the Terms or the Rules — including without prior notice, if the violation creates a risk for users.

5.1.The Pro Author plan ($20 per month) provides extended statistics, priority review, author page branding and higher limits. Paid promotion (Featured, Sponsored) is paid for separately for each run.

5.2.The position in the catalog is determined by a formula in which promotion is a multiplier, not an addend. A profile marked as not working cannot be pushed to the top by payment. Sponsored is a separate labeled slot; it does not affect organic results.

5.3.Services are paid for from the account's internal balance. The balance is topped up through the payment operator whose details are set out below. A service is deemed rendered from the moment of activation; a paid period is neither carried over nor split.

5.4.Topping up the balance is a voluntary, gratuitous contribution towards the development and maintenance of the service. Funds credited to the balance are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn, and may be used solely to pay for services of the service.

5.5.Author verification is granted manually and is not for sale. It certifies the author's identity, not the quality of their routings.

6.3.A violation results in rejection of the material without refund of payment, and on repeated violations — removal from promotion and blocking of the account.

7.1.Perform the actions listed below. The list is not exhaustive: any other use that violates applicable law or harms the service and its users is likewise prohibited.

• Publish profiles that covertly route traffic out of the tunnel without stating this in the description.
• Override DNS for banks, government services and payment systems with arbitrary addresses.
• Inflate installs, ratings, comments and positions in the catalog.
• Publish other people's profiles as your own, without naming the source.
• Automatically scrape the catalog outside the public API and the limits it declares.
• Disrupt the operation of the service, circumvent access restrictions and security checks.

8.1.The service software, its design, texts, name and logo belong to INCY, LLC. Their use without written permission is not allowed.

8.2.The rights to published profiles belong to their authors. Claims of infringement are sent to the contact address given below, stating the disputed material and the grounds.

9.1.The service is provided “as is”. The service checks the structure of profiles and warns about rules that affect traffic security, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the suitability of a profile for your purposes.

9.2.Installing a profile is the user's decision. The service is not liable for the consequences of applying a profile published by a third party.

9.3.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for paid services over the last twelve months.

9.4.The service is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control: provider failures, actions of government authorities, accidents and other force majeure circumstances.

10.1.You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

10.2.The service has the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of a violation of the Terms. Published routings are then unpublished; the profile link begins to respond with a deletion marker so that installed apps stop making requests.

11.1.These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence.

11.2.The parties shall seek to settle disagreements by correspondence before going to court.
