Publication Rules
A routing decides which of the user's traffic goes through the tunnel, which goes directly, and which does not go at all. That is why the requirements for profiles here are strict.
What may be published
- Routing profiles for INCY and Happ in a supported format: JSON, base64 or a link to a file.
- Rules based on domains, IP addresses, CIDR and geo categories (geosite, geoip).
- Forks of other people's routings — provided that the authorship of the original is preserved.
What is prohibited
- Profiles that covertly route traffic out of the tunnel without stating this in the description.
- Overriding DNS for banks, government services and payment systems with arbitrary addresses.
- Catch-all rules (0.0.0.0/0 in direct or block) that turn off the VPN or break the connection.
- Geo sources with unverifiable content passed off as official.
- A description that does not correspond to the profile's actual rules.
- Spam, duplicates and routings without meaningful rules.
- Mention of encryption, anti-blocking technologies, concealment or masking of traffic, circumvention of blocks and allowlists — in the title, the description and promotional materials.
How moderation works
- Each version is reviewed separately — approval is given to a specific snapshot of the profile, not to the routing as a whole.
- The structure of the profile and its compatibility with clients are checked automatically.
- What the profile does with traffic is analyzed separately: sensitive destinations bypassing the tunnel, DNS overrides, catch-all rules.
- For updates, the moderator sees the differences from the already published version — exactly what was added and what disappeared.
- Warnings do not block publication: they are visible to the moderator and to the user before installation.
Updates and auto-updating
- In INCY a routing is installed by a permanent link and updates automatically when you publish a new version.
- This means a new version reaches all devices where the routing is installed at once — and goes through moderation just as strictly as the first publication.
- In Happ a profile is installed as a copy: there is no auto-updating, the user adds a new version themselves.
- A routing's link is immutable. An author's public handle cannot be changed after the first publication — the attribution refers to it.
Blocking
- A violating routing is unpublished; the link starts responding with “deleted” so that clients stop requesting it.
- On repeated or deliberate violations, the author's account is blocked together with all of their routings.
- A moderator's decision can be appealed — write to support.
Wording in listings
Any mention of encryption, anti-blocking technologies (“anti-jammers”), concealment or masking of traffic, circumvention of blocks and restrictions, as well as circumvention of allowlists, is prohibited.
The most essential requirement: it is prohibited to advertise block-circumvention features on the website, in the Telegram bot and in the news channels associated with it.
A violation results in rejection of the material without refund of payment, and on repeated violations — removal from promotion.
In short
A routing may do almost anything with routing — but the user must understand what they are installing. If a profile takes something important around the tunnel, write about it in the description: hidden behavior is the one thing that gets you blocked here immediately.
