Privacy Policy
What the service collects, why, how long it stores it and what you can do about it. This document describes the actual behavior of the service.
Version of 25 August 2026
1.Who processes the data
1.1.The allrouting.cc service is owned and operated by INCY, LLC (Delaware LLC), State of Delaware, USA. The company acts as the controller of the personal data processed on the site.
1.2.Payments are accepted and processed by a separate legal entity — IT PROGRAMMA PLUS LLC. Payment data is transmitted directly to it and to the payment systems; INCY, LLC neither receives nor stores it.
2.What data is collected
The list is exhaustive: the service collects nothing that is not listed below.
2.1.When signing in through Telegram, the Telegram identifier, the username and the avatar link are stored. The phone number, the contact list and correspondence are not requested and are not accessible to the service.
2.2.When a routing is published, the data you enter yourself is stored: the public handle, the display name, the profile description and the content of the routing profile itself.
2.3.When a routing is installed, the fact of the installation is stored. Instead of the IP address, an irreversible hash of the combination of the address, the browser and the service's secret key is recorded. The address cannot be recovered from the hash; it is needed only so that one installation is not counted twice.
2.4.When a payment is made, the amount, the purpose of the payment, its status and the transaction identifier at the payment operator are stored. Bank card and crypto wallet details do not reach the service.
2.5.Comments, reactions, ratings and reports are stored together with the identifier of their author.
3.Why they are needed
3.1.The Telegram identifier — to recognize you at the next sign-in and to link you to your publications. The public handle — to attribute authorship of a routing.
3.2.The installation hash — so that the install counter is not inflated by repeated taps and so that the “installed” mark on a comment means exactly what it says.
3.3.Payment data — to deliver what was paid for and to confirm payment in the event of a dispute.
3.4.The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (provision of the service) and the legitimate interest in protection against inflation of metrics and abuse.
4.Cookies
4.1.The service uses one mandatory cookie — the session identifier required for signing in to the account. It is inaccessible from JavaScript and is transmitted only over a secure connection.
4.2.The selected interface language is stored in a separate cookie so as not to ask for it again.
4.3.There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics systems are connected.
4.4.Since all cookies used are strictly necessary for the operation of the service, separate consent for them is not requested: it is impossible to disable them and keep the ability to sign in. The notice on the first visit informs you of this and is not a request for consent. If optional cookies appear, a full choice with a working refusal will be added.
4.5.The fact that the notice was dismissed is stored in the browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and is not transmitted to the server.
5.Transfer to third parties
Data is transferred only to those without whom the service does not work.
5.1.Telegram — at sign-in, to the extent that you confirm in the authorization dialog.
5.2.IT PROGRAMMA PLUS LLC and the payment systems — at payment, to the extent necessary to carry out the payment.
5.3.Personal data is not sold, is not transferred to advertising networks and is not used for profiling.
5.4.Data may be disclosed on a reasoned demand of a competent authority, where this is mandatory under applicable law.
6.Retention periods
6.1.Account data is stored for as long as the account exists. Published routings and comments remain in the catalog after the account is deleted, but cease to be linked to it.
6.2.Sessions expire after 30 days and are deleted. Installation events are stored for 24 months, after which they are used only in anonymized aggregates.
6.3.Payment records are stored for as long as the payment operator's accounting and tax records require.
7.Your rights
If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies to you; the rights listed below are granted to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
7.1.Obtain a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, demand deletion of your account, restrict processing or object to it.
7.2.Withdraw consent to processing — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
7.3.You can get in touch about any of these matters at info@incy.cc. A response is provided within no more than 30 days.
7.4.If the response does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority at your place of residence.
8.Security and children
8.1.The connection is protected by TLS. Passwords are not used: sign-in is performed through Telegram, so a password leak from this service is impossible. Session identifiers are generated by a cryptographic random number generator.
8.2.The service is not intended for persons under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data. If such data has been received, it will be deleted upon request.
9.Changes to the policy
9.1.The current version is always available on this page; the date of the version is given at the top. We will give notice of material changes on the site before they take effect.
